1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adam SEO's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Adam SEO provides search engine optimisation (SEO) services including but not limited to:

  • Technical SEO audits and implementation
  • On-page and off-page optimisation
  • Content strategy and creation
  • SEO consulting and training

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Grant necessary access to website analytics and platforms
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Pay all fees as agreed upon in the service agreement

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your individual service agreement
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Results and Guarantees

While we are committed to delivering measurable results, Adam SEO does not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes. Search engine algorithms are beyond our control, and results may vary based on competition, industry changes, and other factors.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adam SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

8. Term and Termination

  • Services may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice
  • Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed prior to termination
  • Upon termination, any remaining prepaid fees will be refunded pro-rata

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of content created specifically for them. Adam SEO retains ownership of general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing materials.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
